As the branded content division of OML Entertainment, we develop entertainment solutions with creators and influencers across various digital platforms for brands. We drive digital campaigns through-the-line, backing our solutions with strong data insights and measuring impact all through.

Our teams are based out of Mumbai (India), Moscow (Russia) and Warsaw (Poland) and are structured to plan and deliver campaigns for specific areas or clusters across the globe. As we expand into new and growing opportunities, we’re looking for a highly driven and motivated business head to lead the team across countries.

**Role Summary**:
We are on the lookout for an Associate Vice President (AVP) of client services to lead our client servicing team. The AVP will be the bridge between our clients and our creative teams, ensuring seamless communication, project execution, and client satisfaction. This role demands a mix of strategic insight, business acumen, and a deep understanding of digital marketing and creative content production.

**Key responsibilities**:
1.Lead and manage the client services team, setting high standards for client engagement, project management, and service delivery.

2.Act as a senior advisor to key clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and market opportunities to provide strategic guidance and solutions.

3.Ensure the delivery of high-quality projects on time and within budget, maintaining the agency's reputation for excellence.

4.Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities for account growth and new business development.

5.Collaborate closely with the creative, content, strategy, and production teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to all client projects.

6.Monitor and report on client and project performance, providing insights and recommendations to both clients and internal teams.

7.Lead pitch teams in developing and presenting proposals for new business opportunities.

8.Contribute to the overall leadership and strategic direction of the agency.

9.Maintain a healthy P&L for the team ensuring high efficiency, performance and profitability

10.Lead and encourage teams to perform to the best of their ability

11.Manage team's work flow and load

12.Manage team expectations and take active interest in their personal & professional development

13.Ensure timely team reviews & OKRs
