**Role: AVP - Performance Marketing - UPI**
**Location
- Delhi/Mumbai/Bangalore**
**Responsibilities**:
Champion requirements for supporting tools to drive scale and enhance advertising operations, as well as for measuring, monitoring, and reporting;
- Design and manage advertising strategy, program implementation and budgets;
- Drive quarterly planning, forecasting, and reporting;
- Optimize tactical implementations by identifying and prioritizing improvement opportunities. Develop and implement corrections of error;
- Push innovation boundaries to uncover incremental growth opportunities, drivetesting, trial and experimentation
- Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics
- Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment
- Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends
- Collaborate with marketing teams to guide A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline to identify what works best
- Test new channels and trends
Optimize marketing budgets to maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers
**Eligibility Criteria**:
- Energetic, versatile and a creative problem-solver
- Talented, Flexible individual with the ability to multitask, to exercise initiative, and work effectively under pressure, paying strong attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels.
- Expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.
- Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
- Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
