Supports simple and standard contract billing activities as well as supporting the pre and post sales management of contracts.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Supports simple and standard contract billing activities as well as supporting the pre and post sales management of contracts.
- Actions contract billing
- Creation of Billing Milestones
- Financial Related Reports
- Ad Hoc billing queries
- Contract Notifications
- Supports the management of simple activities around the contract lifecycle to ensure accurate and timely completion of contractual tasks.
- Maintains master files and databases on contract issues and renewals ensuring resources are available to all team members. Reviews understands and manages simple and standard customer contract(s) requests.
- Supports the resolution of contractual / process and billing issues.
- Helps identify and assess contractual risks for simple contract requests.

**ABOUT YOUR SKILLS**
- More than 2 years of experience in billing or contract management, ideally within the telecommunications or IT industry.
- Good knowledge of Excel ( Pivot table) and Sharepoint and other Microsoft tools
- Fluent English with strong verbal and written skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commercial acumen.
- Strong cross-team collaboration and negotiation skills
- Task focused. Able to work unsupervised
- Adheres to high ethical standards and values.
- Effective communicator with a customer-focused approach.
