With premium buses, a simple app and caring customer service, our passengers get the luxury of time in their busy schedules — where they can read their book, watch Netflix, nap or simply soak in the view of the city. We're bringing joy back to commuting, and turning around urban traffic woes in a big way.
Today, we run 350 buses and log 15000 daily bookings. After having established a strong product-market fit and building a profitable business in Mumbai, we’ve expanded services to Hyderabad, where the commute problem is as urgent and exciting. Over the next 2 years, we plan to scale to 1000 buses and 100,000 daily bookings across both the cities.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate Bills & Payment Requests:
- Prepare and issue bills and payment requests to customers based on transactions, contracts, and agreed terms.
- Ensure all billing details are correct, including itemized charges, taxes, and payment due dates.
**Transaction Verification**:
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions, including billing amounts, customer information, and payment schedules.
- Reconcile billing records with payment systems to ensure no discrepancies.
**Account Reconciliation & Closure**:
- Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up to close accounts by confirming payment has been received or due balances settled.
- Update debtor accounts and maintain accurate records of payments and outstanding amounts.
**Payment Tracking & Reporting**:
- Track incoming payments, ensuring all payments are processed accurately and on time.
- Generate reports on the status of outstanding debts, payment history, and collection efforts.
**Customer Communication**:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding bills and payment requests, providing clarification as needed.
- Resolve any billing disputes or discrepancies by coordinating with the relevant departments or customers.
**Compliance & Documentation**:
- Ensure all billing and payment-related activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain organized and secure documentation of all transactions, payments, and communications.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years experience as a Product Analyst, Sr. Data Analyst, or other types of data analysis-focused functions
- Significant experience in setting up and evaluation of complex experiments
- Strong depth and breadth in machine learning (theory and practice), statistics and linear algebra
- Strong spoken and written communication skills, able to explain complex ideas in a simple, intuitive manner, write/maintain good technical documentation on projects
- Advanced SQL expertise (You’ll be primarily working with PostgreSQL database)
- Experience with data visualisation tools. (Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Google Data Studio, Metabase)
- Ability to use Python, SQL, R or similar technologies to work efficiently with large data sets.
