- Inspect work progress, quality, and compliance with building and safety codes.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, incidents, and progress reports.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure the site remains clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory role on construction sites.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills..

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
