The Business Engagement team is the primary client facing team for Goodera’s Enterprise clients. This team is responsible for understanding the client scope, making sure that the deliverables are planned internally as well with the client.
As an Associate in this team, you will be working with 1 or more clients and will be required to understand the day to day operational tasks pertaining to the overall deliverables for the various stakeholders. This role will also require a good understanding and appreciation of the CSR/ Impact ecosystem, applicable standards/ laws. At Goodera, we believe in deriving client value through data driven insights and onboard all our clients to the Goodera platform, the Business Engagement team members also require to develop a fair understanding of the Goodera products.

Key Responsibilities:
**1) Lead Program Delivery**:

- Understand the client's vision and co-develop the roadmap for adhering to the client's Impact / CSR goals and projects.
- Co-ordination with NGO stakeholders/ client stakeholders (external) for timely delivery of services / deliverables as per the scope for each client.
- Ensure quality of business engagement by regular client cadence.
- Proactive management of client deliverables as well as internal tasks allocated to you.

**2) Provide Strategic Consulting**:

- Share data based insights to the clients regarding their programs
- Help client to design/restructure programs in line with client's intent and that delivers real, measurable, sustainable impact.
- Depending on client engagement, it may require secondary research and understanding of the CSR/Impact landscape to provide insights and trends information to the client.

**3) Internal Stakeholder Management**:

- Drive collaboration via internal project and knowledge management
- Timely raising of internal requests to ensure the overall project plan and objectives are met.
- Develop understanding of Goodera product modules, as necessary to provide appropriate guidance to client teams

**Who are we looking for?**

- 2 - 4 years of experience, preferably with exposure **to CSR/development space or equivalent consulting experience.**:

- Possesses stakeholder management and client influencing, relationship building skills.
- Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
- **A bias toward action and ability to manage multiple projects**, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Excellent presentation, and communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
