- Be an active part of the Client Delivery or Client Monitoring Team and provide end-to-end internal and external
- implementation support for iDentixweb Pvt. Ltd.
- Customer support on live chat, call, mail and remote session
- Product Training to clients
- Bind to achieve 100% customer satisfaction for support provided to them
- Identifying and resolving technical issues
- Providing technical support to clients when required
- Managing ticketed query system
- Self-motivated, ready to go for working in rotational shift, overtime
- Must have enthusiasm and hunger to learn the things related to work, proactive for self-training
- Should provide high availability as and when required
- Doing troubleshooting and solving queries
- Taking customer’s feedback
- Customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintaining proper records of your work

**Skills for Jr. Support Executive**:

- Must have good verbal and written communication in English
