We are looking for a **Junior Graphic Designer** who has a keen eye for detail, a creative mindset, and a passion for visual storytelling.
You will work closely with senior designers and creative teams to design event materials, digital graphics, and brand collaterals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design & Concept Development**

- Support the design team in creating event visuals that reflect the client’s vision and the _Kahani by i2C_ brand.

- Design print and digital assets like invitations, logos, event branding, backdrops, collaterals, and social media creatives.

- Help visualize design ideas and mood boards for event concepts.

**Team Collaboration**

- Work closely with senior designers, production, and client servicing teams for smooth coordination and timely delivery.

- Take feedback constructively and work on revisions efficiently.

**Quality & Detailing**

- Maintain design consistency and high attention to detail in all deliverables.

- Ensure files, templates, and assets are organized and ready for print or digital use.

**Creativity & Learning**

- Stay up to date with current design trends, colors, fonts, and layout styles — especially in weddings and luxury events.

- Be curious, open to learning new techniques, and ready to grow with guidance from the team.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 0-2 years of experience in graphic design. Internship or agency experience preferred.

**Software Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

- Knowledge of After Effects or Canva is a plus.

**Creative Skills**:

- Strong sense of layout, color, typography, and balance.

- Ability to translate ideas into beautiful, meaningful visuals.

**Work Approach**:

- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.

- Open to feedback, positive, and eager to learn.

- Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude.
