**Job description**

As a Modular Kitchen Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the installation and maintenance of modular kitchen projects. Your responsibilities will involve ensuring that the installation process adheres to company standards, meets client expectations, and is completed within specified timelines. You will be responsible for managing a team of installers, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring efficient workflow on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the installation process of modular kitchen units, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the project manager to schedule installations, allocate resources, and manage workflow effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct on-site inspections to assess progress, identify any issues or discrepancies, and provide timely solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage a team of installers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project requirements.
- Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to address queries, resolve concerns, and maintain positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor inventory levels of materials and equipment required for installations, and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of resources.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including installation schedules, material usage, labor hours, and any deviations from the original plan.
- Enforce strict safety protocols on-site to prevent accidents, injuries, and damage to property, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues or challenges encountered during installations, collaborating with the technical team to find effective solutions.
- Conduct post-installation inspections to ensure customer satisfaction, address any issues or concerns, and facilitate final sign-off on completed projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the modular kitchen or interior design industry.
- Strong knowledge of modular kitchen installation techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team of installers.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, suppliers, and team members.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to identify issues, propose solutions, and ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling, reporting, and documentation purposes.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
