**Field Sales Executive - Hardware Sales**

**Openings-3 No’s**

**Location: 1 Coimbatore or Salem, 1 at Chennai & 1 at Madurai**

**Experience required: 1-3 years also Fresher’s with relevant knowledge and flair for Field sales can apply.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Visit Target Customers in their assigned territory as below**

**1.Roofing & sheet Manufactures**

**2. Steel & TMT Rod Dealers**

**3. Fabricators**

**4 Warehouse Contractors**

**5 Hardware & Retail Shops**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing Customers.
- Generate leads and follow up on inquiries to convert them into sales.
- Demonstrate product features, usage, and benefits to customers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals in alignment with company policies.
- Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
- **Updating Management On day to Day Activities**:

- **Achieve monthly sales targets.**:

- Collaborate with internal teams (Inventory, logistics, and accounts) to ensure timely delivery and service.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Proven experience in B2B or B2C field sales (**preferably in the hardware industry**).
- Good knowledge of hardware tools, fittings, Screws, fasteners, or related products.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented.
- **Valid driver’s license and own two-wheeler Required**:

- **Basic computer knowledge -MS Excel.**:

- **Good Communicator In Local Language**

**Education**:Minimum: 10+2 / Diploma Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Age: Below 35 Years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Broadway, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
