Field Sales Executive – Hardware

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in the hardware/fasteners industry. This role involves visiting customers, promoting our products, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit hardware shops, dealers, distributors, contractors, and project sites for product promotion and sales.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to increase sales.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Collect orders and ensure timely delivery coordination.
- Report daily field activities, customer feedback, and competitor updates.
- Build brand awareness and represent the company professionally.
Requirements:
- Fresher / 0–1 year of experience in sales or marketing (hardware/building material/fasteners industry preferred).
- Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Basic communication skills in local language Tamil
- Energetic, confident, and willing to travel extensively.
- Passion to build a career in sales and grow with the company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14, ₹17,000.00 per month
