ScienceGenic, a leading educational institution in Amritsar, is hiring a dynamic and results-driven Customer Service Representative to manage and strengthen our client relationships. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage Client Relationships**: Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, concerns, and ongoing communication
- **Provide Superior Solutions**: Address client issues promptly and effectively with a problem-solving mindset
- **Generate Referrals**: Create exceptional service experiences that encourage word-of-mouth and repeat business
- **Attract and Support Sales**: Engage with prospective clients and guide them toward ScienceGenic’s services
- **Coordinate Across Departments**: Collaborate with internal teams (academic, operations, and admin) to ensure seamless client service
- **Handle All Front-End Client Needs**: Including follow-ups, service feedback, satisfaction checks, and more

**Qualification**:

- _Graduate (Freshers are welcome to apply)_

**Working Hours**:

- 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

**Compensation**:

- **Basic Salary**: _**₹10,000 - ₹12,000/month**_
- **Incentives**:Based on performance, incentives can boost your monthly earnings up to _**₹45,000 - ₹50,000**_
