**The profile essentially involves all Exchange & SEBI compliances, ROC compliances, Exchange Inspections, CTCL related work, etc.**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- **Complete work related to CTCL ID/TWS/Lease Line including reconciliation thereof**:

- **Assisting the compliance officer for various operational activities of the company as per rules and regulations of NSE, BSE, MCX, NCDEX and SEBI.**:

- **Prepare and submit various reports to the above regulators within stipulated time.**:

- **Copying Exchange circulars data and circulation thereof.**
- **AP/Sub-Broker registration formalities.**:

- **Maintaining of statutory records & registers**:
Education **:Semi Qualified CS, CS Pursuing**

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
