**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in law or a Company Secretary who is well-versed in Labour law.
- 3 - 5 years’ proven experience in a compliance officer role.
- Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
- Excellent command over oral and written communication.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Good in communication with employees and should have a strong working knowledge of industry, as part of their role they may have to discuss current issues with clients or senior staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program for Clients.
- Develop and review company and HR policies.
- Advise and study various case laws and labour law with detailed reports.
- Create and manage effective Labour Law Audit for Clients and document compliance violations.
- Resolve internal team concerns about legal compliance.
- Should have knowledge of labour laws relating to shops & establishments, professional tax, CLRA benefit, payment of gratuity & wages etc.
- Should be good in drafting legal agreements.

**Annual Salary Range : 2,40,000- 3,00,000**
