**Job Description**:

- This is a generalist role which will morph into a specialist role based on your strengths
- In this role, you would be responsible for running end to end projects that can span any vertical such as sales, operations, product, research, ideating new business units, growth etc
- This role’s most important skill is in-depth problem solving skills and not giving up.
- You should be great at research, analysis, be strong with numbers, basic business analysis and preparing important reports and gleaning insights from the data.
- You must be solution-oriented and thrive in a fast paced, demanding and ambitious environment. This work demands a self-starter who is motivated to deliver an exceptional experience. There is no No for answer in this role.
- It will require digging into detailed business metrics, identifying root causes/ insights, and picking up hands-on execution to drive projects to closure within expected timelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Ex entrepreneurs preferred.
- Tier 1 school in grad/post-grad is important (IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/FMS/XLRI/ISB etc)
- Working with early stage startups as a founder or core member
- Ex i-bankers and consultants are also preferred, however some startup experience will be an added advantage.
- Preferred experience working with technology products (combination of technology + product management is highly preferred)
- Has a tremendous sense of ownership.
- Bias for action and ready to get your hands dirty.
- Ability to work across different teams.
- Has the ability to break down big problems into smaller chunks.
- Has analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities.
- Always ready to push the boundaries.
