The Role We're looking for someone to build new revenue streams from scratch. This means identifying customer segments that don't traditionally think "hostel", identifying need gaps, building propositions and distribution channels to reach them. You'll hunt for opportunities, test ideas quickly, close deals, and build what works into repeatable channels. What You'll Do Find underserved markets - Identify currently underserved customer segments that would benefit from cost-efficient social stays. Create tailored products - Design packages and offerings that introduce these segments to hostels. Build distribution channels - Figure out what distribution channels you can use to reach these segments. Test and validate fast - Run low-cost experiments to prove an opportunity is real before scaling Build playbooks - Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to convert validated pilots into scalable revenue streams. Build structured playbooks that capture what works and can inform future growth experiments. You're a fit if: You've unlocked new channels before - 3-5 years experimenting with new distribution models, partnerships, or demand-generation in hospitality, travel, events, or consumer services You're scrappy - You thrive in ambiguous situations, test ideas creatively, and get things done without big teams or budgets You move fast - Test quickly, learn from failures, double down on what works You think like a builder - Go from insight to validation to playbook—creating structure from what works
