**Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality spa treatments including deep tissue massage, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and dermal fillers.
- Perform esthetic laser treatments and other advanced skin care services.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment in compliance with health regulations.
- Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling using salon software such as Millennium and MINDBODY.
- Engage in retail sales by promoting products related to treatments performed.
- Upsell additional services to enhance client satisfaction and experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products through continuous education.
- Assist with social media management by promoting services and showcasing client transformations.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols within a spa environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience in med spa settings is preferred, particularly with botulinum toxin treatment and dermabrasion techniques.
- Ability to demonstrate product knowledge during product demos to encourage retail sales.
- Familiarity with color theory as it relates to hair services is advantageous.
