**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a luxurious spa experience.
- Handle reservations, appointments, and guest inquiries professionally.
- Provide information on spa treatments, services, and promotions.
- Coordinate with therapists and staff to ensure seamless guest service.
- Address guest concerns and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Previous experience in hospitality/spa/wellness preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in booking systems and basic computer skills.
- Fluency in English Language is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
