Client complaints: Handling complaints and reporting injuries or illnesses to management.

Time management: Monitoring and sticking to time schedules.

Guest behavior: Handling inappropriate guest behavior.

Training: Keeping up to date with current techniques and modalities. Attending educational seminars.
