This position requires a proactive and engaging individual who can effectively communicate the institution’s values, programs, and opportunities while providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Represent the institution at college fairs, high school visits, and community events.
- **Admissions Process**:

- Conduct interviews and assessments of applicants when necessary.
- **Advising and Support**:

- Provide personalized guidance to prospective students and their families, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Host information sessions, campus tours, and workshops to promote the institution and its offerings.
- **Data Management**:

- Analyze recruitment and admissions data to inform strategies and improve processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Communications, Business).
- Experience in admissions, sales, or a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with admissions software.
- Flexibility to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
