**Key Responsibilities**:

**Website Management**:

- Oversee the daily maintenance and functionality of the company website.
- Ensure website content is current, accurate, and aligns with brand standards.
- Optimize website for SEO to improve visibility and drive traffic.
- Work with web developers to resolve technical issues and implement new features.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools and generate reports on traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.

Content Creation and Management:

- Develop compelling and relevant content for both social media and website.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing and brand-consistent materials.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and strategic content distribution.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on social media and website performance metrics.
- Use data to refine and improve social media strategies and website functionalities.
- Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data to stay ahead of industry trends.

**Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital platforms.
- Coordinate with other departments to support integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing and website management.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Shopify).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
