We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven **Insurance Advisors** to join our growing team in Srinagar. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in helping clients select the best insurance policies to meet their needs while providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and reach out to potential clients to discuss their insurance needs.
- Offer personalized insurance solutions, including life, health, motor, and general insurance policies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Educate clients on policy benefits, features, and premium payment options.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum qualification 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in sales or a related field (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to explain complex policies in a simple and clear manner.
- Proficient in local languages (Kashmiri, Urdu, or Hindi) and English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹4,800.00 per week

Expected hours: 18 per week
