- Liasoning Architect**:
**Title-Liasoning Architect**:
**Reporting Time-**9.30 am to 6.30 pm (6 working days)

**Reporting To-**General Manager

**Coordination With -**Senior Architect/Project Manager

**Job Summary**:

- Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
- Interaction with top management for understanding & implementing their Design & Planning briefs by Coordinating with Architect/ Consultant.
- Preparing Conceptual Plans in-house for project Feasibility.
- Designing & checking feasibility of all plots that are under scrutiny by business development, liasioning, market research,
- To work with design team for the project designing & detailing of master plan & layout plans based on concept design
- Coordinate with municipal architects to get necessary approvals before & during the construction phases of projects cycles.
- Checking working drawings & offering design inputs for the projects in coordination with estimation dept.
- Periodically visit sites to coordinate work with the engineering team and consultants.
- Maintain various documents required for the government inspection and coordinate with site for such inspections.
- Ensure that all works are carried out as per specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
- Responsible for compilation and fulfilling specific data for obtaining various consents and Environmental clearances.
- Should possess
- Review and evaluate environmental impact reports.
- Compile project specifications.
- Follow architectural trends and advancements
- To arrange consultant meetings as per requirement & schedule.
- To maintain the record of communication done with consultants, MOM of meetings
- Liason with Various authorities for obtaining approvals in a time bound manner.
- Coordination with following departments will be required:

- ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT
- RAILWAYS ETC.

**Professional Skills-**

**Education & Qualifications**:

- B.Arch (Architecture) or Diploma or Civil Engineering.
- **3-5 years** of experience

**Technical Skills**:

- AutoCAD, Powerpoint (PPT), Knowledge of Coral draw will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
