**Desired Experience: 6+ years.**

**Job Description**:

- Lead a team of Architects for Industrial projects.
- Solid background of industrial projects from conceptual stage upto detailed drawing and actual site construction stage
- Preparation of Design input for Architect.
- Be aware of DC rules applicable to the said Industrial project.
- Study & analysis of concept design prepared by Principle Architect.
- Coordination with Principal Architect, Liasoning Architect & other consultant for Concept Finalization.
- Brochure data preparation - Google image, Layout, Unit plan, Exterior, interior & cut views.
- Compilation of all design input data prepared by Architects, Structural & MEP consultants.
- Coordination, Verification & Compilation of Tender Drawings.
- Coordination & Compilation for All working drawings Architectural, Structural, MEP & Development drawings, Shop Drawings.
- Monthly or as required site coordination meetings with consultants.
- Handing Over Last Revised Drawings as 'As Built Drawings' after Project Completion.
- Industrial architectural Design, MEP design and approval sanctions.
- Preparation of the concept drawings, presentation drawings, corporation drawings, working drawings and detail drawings as per the requirements. Co-ordination with the client, contractor, survey group, municipal authorities in design phase, provide technical consulting service on construction site and reviewing project in its future operation. Weekly inspection of the site.
- Designing for a given Industrial project.
- Checking & getting prepared all kinds of presentation as well as working and detailed drawings.
- Guiding the working team in the organization regarding design, detailing and training new staff.
- Interacting with the clients as well as the various agencies involved in the project.
- Obtaining drawings from different teams to send to the site at proper stages.
- To keep a check on site while execution by time to time site visits.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
