Software

User passwords reset, License availability for new requirements, Store Increase /Decrease coordination with G-suite Support Team for support,

License assignment, G-suite console monitoring

2) MSO 365 Console Management - New License additions, vendor coordination, MSO 365 Installation and activation, License (Users) management.

3) Software’s Installation and Vendor Coordination - For Adobe, MS Office, Microsoft's software’s as per requirement.

4) Invoice Verification, booking and payment processing.

5) Well versed with biometric employee attendance management system. (ESSL).

5) Outlook Configuration and Support.

6) OS Installation, Recovery, Data Back Up.

Hardware

1) Regular Day to Day users’ issues - Like Laptop/ Desktop working slow, Wi-Fi issues, touchpad issues, keyboard issues etc.,

2) Vendor Coordination with respective OEMs for system repaired under warranty or in case out of warranty from external vendors.

3) Printers (Barcode Printers, AIO Document Printers) Scanners (Barcode 1D & 2D) Allocation and maintenance.

4) Projector Set up for conference.

4) Laptop or Desktop Repairing and installation (Upgrading Laptop RAM, Fan Issues, Desktop SMPS Issues, etc.)

Network

1) Internet Lease Line monitoring, troubleshooting, ticket generation in case of ILL down.

2) Validating and processing internet Lease line Payment and follow up with finance team to get this.

3) Network related issues - Like wifi not working, Internet Working slow, maintenance.

4) Basic Networking Fundamentals, Switch, Router, AP configuration and troubleshooting’s, network connectivity check etc.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 per month

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
