The Executive will handle either of the 3 roles or a combination mentioned below as per the requirement of the department.

Inbound Calls: The executive will receive the calls at the DCS call center and respond to the queries of the distributors or raise tickets as per the severity of the calls.

Outbound Calls: The executive will out-call the distributor as part of retention activities - Proactive / reactive in nature. They would identify the reason, why distributor is inactive and propose solutions /convince them to return back to business.

Backend support - Respond to Mails and Tickets: Provide resolution to the mails received from the distributor. Raise and follow-up on tickets raised to other departments.

Educational Qualification: PUC / Graduate

Experience: 1 Year or more years of experience, in Call centre/BPO. Previous Experience with MLM companies in distributor support roles will be added advantage Attributes,

Skill Sets: Good Communication skills, Language Proficiency punjabi ( fluent hindi) + English + Hindi

Good Computer skills - MS Office. Additional Responsibilities: Verify the documents of the distributors uploaded as per the KYC policy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
