The Sales Coordinator will act as the **operational backbone of the business development team**, ensuring smooth execution of sales processes, accurate CRM management, and effective reporting. This role will focus on **coordinating sales activities, managing dashboards, supporting client demos/marketing-driven calls, and driving accountability across the team**.

**Reporting To**: Business Development Manager

**Key Responsibilities**1. **Sales Process Coordination**
- Support the Outbound & Cold calling team in managing day-to-day sales operations.
- Ensure leads are assigned, tracked, and followed up on within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with Marketing on campaign-driven leads and ensure seamless handover to sales.

2. **CRM & Dashboard Management**
- Own CRM data hygiene, ensuring all leads, appointments, and pipeline stages are accurately updated.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards on team performance, revenue pipeline, and lead conversions.
- Provide insights to management on trends, gaps, and areas of improvement.

3. **Team Driving & Reporting**
- Track daily/weekly performance of ISRs/CSRs against activity and appointment targets.
- Follow up with team members to ensure no opportunities are missed.
- Prepare management-ready reports with clear summaries and action items.

4. **Client Interaction Support**
- Handle **marketing-driven inbound calls** and coordinate initial communication with prospects.
- Support senior sales team with **demo presentations and follow-up materials**.
- Assist in proposal preparation, documentation, and client correspondence.

5. **Operational Excellence**
- Standardize processes for lead assignment, follow-up cadence, and reporting.
- Maintain a central knowledge base of templates, decks, and sales assets.
- Highlight risks and bottlenecks in the sales cycle for timely resolution.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, or Business Development support.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
- Strong MS Excel / Google Sheets skills; exposure to dashboards/analytics tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced, target-driven environment** with attention to detail.

**Performance KPIs**
- CRM data accuracy and timeliness of updates (100% hygiene target).
- Quality and punctuality of reports/dashboards shared with management.
- Improvement in ISR/CSR follow-up compliance.
- Number of marketing-driven calls/demos successfully supported.
- Overall efficiency of sales process coordination.
- A detail-oriented professional who enjoys **managing processes, data, and reporting**.
- Strong multitasker with ability to coordinate across teams.
- Proactive and dependable, ensuring the sales team stays organized and on track.
- Confident enough to interact with clients when required, but primarily focused on enabling the sales function.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
