**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in managing client accounts, preparing proposals, and following up on leads.
- Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales activities between sales, technical, and support teams.
- Prepare and manage sales documentation including quotations, contracts, invoices, and order forms.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Maintain CRM systems, ensuring client data is accurate and up to date.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Help plan and execute sales campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide support in resolving issues.
- Support logistics and delivery processes for IT products and services.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and customer agreements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field..
- Strong understanding of IT products and services (e.g., hardware, software, cloud solutions).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
