**Job Role**:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This is a field sales role based in the Delhi NCR region, aimed at driving business growth by acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and expanding our fabricator network.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and acquire new clients in the Delhi NCR region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Fabricators, dealers, and retailers.
- Promote SCL CORA’s uPVC window profiles and communicate product benefits effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide feedback and market insights to the management team for strategic planning.
- Regularly report on sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in Marketing or Business).
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the building materials or uPVC industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with the Delhi NCR market is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheet, CRM Application.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
