**Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand technical staffing needs and job requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in IT recruitment, including emerging technologies and skills in high demand.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skills, such as software development, cloud computing, network infrastructure, and data analysis.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple job openings and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
