**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Project **Coordination**:

- Serve as the point of contact between marketing teams, creative departments, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring all campaigns are executed on schedule.
- Assist in developing project plans, defining scopes, and setting objectives for various digital campaigns.
- **Quarterly Campaign Planning**:

- Work closely with the marketing manager to develop a comprehensive quarterly digital marketing campaign plan that aligns with overall business goals and marketing objectives.
- Define key deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics (KPIs) for each campaign.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and SEO teams to ensure each quarterly campaign has a cohesive theme and consistent messaging.
- Regularly review the success of ongoing campaigns and adjust the quarterly plan as needed to optimize performance.
- **Campaign Execution & Optimization**:

- Oversee the implementation of the quarterly campaign plan across channels like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics, including engagement, conversion rates, traffic, and ROI.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to enhance campaign visibility through keyword optimization, backlinks, and content strategies.
- Adjust campaign elements as needed to optimize performance based on data insights.
- **Content & Asset Coordination**:

- Work with designers and copywriters to ensure all digital assets are aligned with the campaign's strategy and brand guidelines.
- Ensure that all content is optimized for SEO and user engagement.
- **Reporting & Communication**:

- Prepare and distribute project status reports to the marketing manager and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain clear and constant communication with internal teams and clients, ensuring transparency and alignment with goals.
- Provide detailed analysis and reports on the performance of each quarterly campaign, with recommendations for improvement in future campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or project coordination.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Moz), project management software (Trello, Asana), and social media management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Quarterly bonus
