**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, etc.
- Manage and optimize website SEO (on-page & off-page)
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and developers to implement marketing initiatives
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Proficient in tools such as:

- Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite
- SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.)
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS)
- Excellent communication and project management skills

**Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)**:

- Google Ads or HubSpot certifications
- Experience with marketing automation
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms like WordPress
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or video editing tools

**KPIs (optional to include)**:

- Increase in website traffic and conversion rates
- Lead generation targets
- ROAS on paid media
- Growth in social media engagement/followers

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
