**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and developing sales strategies. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, generating leads, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and participating in promotional activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Independently generating high-quality leads and identifying key decision-makers across targeted industries.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships by initiating meaningful conversations and conducting structured follow-ups.
- Performing in-depth needs assessments and understanding client pain points to position our branding, website, and digital marketing services as tailored solutions.
- Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure with a strong focus on maintaining **high conversion rates**.
- Continuously improving service knowledge and industry understanding to deliver value-based pitches across verticals.
- Participating in business networking events, exhibitions, and forums to unlock new sales opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring consistent lead tracking, pipeline updates, and follow-up hygiene.
- Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly KPIs, including the number of qualified leads, meetings scheduled, and **projects successfully closed**.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B project or service sales (experience in creative, marketing, or tech services preferred).
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into successful business engagements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong emphasis on achieving **high conversion rates** rather than merely generating activity.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Notion.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving priorities.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or other prospecting tools.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
