Job Description: Tour Coordinator

Role Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tour Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Tour Coordinator will work closely with the School Relations and University Relations teams to ensure all necessary information is shared with the Travel Coordinator for making travel arrangements. This role involves meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. No travel is required for this position.

This is a full-time remote role. The Tour Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all aspects of educational events and tours. This includes planning itineraries, booking accommodations, arranging transportation, and ensuring a smooth experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the School Relations and University Relations teams to gather and share all pertinent information with the Travel Coordinator.
- Ensure and double-check all travel logistics and bookings to guarantee smooth operations.
- Edit and finalize tour itineraries, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.

- Maintain organized records of all tour-related communications and logistics.
- Assist in creating and distributing pre-tour materials to participants.
- Gather feedback from participants to continually improve tour offerings and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel planning software
- Previous experience in event planning or travel coordination is a plus
- Knowledge of educational programs and international travel regulations

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
