**PROFILE INTRODUCTION**:
**PROFILE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Oversee and maintain office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of regular reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and in good working condition.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers, such as maintenance, catering, and IT support, to ensure seamless office functionality.
- Support HR functions, including maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and assisting with new employee onboarding.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing information and directing queries to the appropriate personnel.
- Organize and schedule company events, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring that all common areas are tidy and conducive to a productive work atmosphere.
- Assist in the implementation of office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to company guidelines.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement strategies for improving office efficiency and productivity.
**PROFILE REQUIREMENTS**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in the use of office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and administrative systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Knowledge of basic HR functions and procedures is preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred, but not required.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
