**Fleet Coordinator -Job Description**

1. Utilize Fleet Management software and GPS tracking systems to monitor the location and movement of the vehicles in the fleet in African countries.

2. Ensure movement of each vehicle on approved planned routes only. Reporting to supervisor on any deviation from this route.

3. Ensure stoppage of each vehicle at only authorized and approved places identified by the company. Reporting to supervisor on any deviation on stoppage of vehicle other than approved places.

4. Accurate & timely reporting of vehicle position and status update to appropriate authority.

5. Ensure drivers adhere to all safety regulations and companies’ policies.

6. Reporting of any violation or incident to the appropriate authorities and management

7. Maintain regular communication with drivers to provide instructions and updates.

8. Respond promptly to any vehicle movement, emergencies, breakdown during nighttime.

9. To Maintain accurate records of vehicle movement, incidents and other issues encountered.

10. To update workshop team promptly on any mechanical problem, or breakdown

11. Implement emergency protocol case of accident, breakdowns, and other critical situations.

12. Monitor and track the fleet's performance including maintenance schedules and driver performance.

13. Collaborate with drivers, dispatchers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with drivers, team members, and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in fleet management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.

**Position : Fleet Coordinators - 3 (Day Shift 2 position and night shift 1 position)**

Working Hours : 8 am to 8 pm (12 hours a day) Rotational Shifts

Working Days : 5 days a week

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum age -27-30 years

Minimum qualification 12th pass

Previous experience in Security company OR as Fleet/Logistics coordinator is highly preferable.

Salary range 25000 to 30000 per month

Minimum hours of duty : 12 hours per day

Working Days : 5 days a week

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
