**Yoga Teacher - Part-Time (1 Hour Daily)**

**Location**: Ghumar Mandi, Ludhiana (PB)

**Job Type**: Part-Time
**Salary**: ₹5,000 - ₹10,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct gentle and safe yoga sessions (1 hour daily) tailored for older adults
- Focus on **mobility, joint care, balance, breathing (pranayama)**, and relaxation techniques
- Provide individual attention and modify postures as per each senior's health condition
- Ensure a calm, supportive, and injury-free practice environment
- Maintain punctuality and a respectful, patient attitude

**Requirements**:

- Certified Yoga Instructor (Yoga Alliance / AYUSH / other recognized institute)
- Minimum 1 year of teaching or personal practice experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in approach
- Basic understanding of Pranayama and Meditation (preferred)

**Schedule**
- 1 hour daily (Monday to Saturday / customizable)
- Morning or evening slot (to be discussed)

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
