We’re hiring a Junior Fitness & Wellness Coach for our women-only fitness studio.

If you have a basic grounding in exercise science plus some exposure to aerobics, dance, or yoga—and you’re eager to keep learning—come join us.

You’ll assist senior trainers, motivate members, and tailor sessions by actively listening to each woman’s goals.

Patience, empathy, and clear communication in English, Hindi, and Punjabi are essential.

In return you’ll receive hands-on mentorship, sponsored certifications and the chance to empower women every day.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Coach & Assist** - Support senior trainers during group workouts, personal-training sessions, and introductory fitness assessments.
- **Motivate & Empower** - Keep energy high, celebrate small wins, and adapt cues so every woman—beginner to advanced—feels safe and successful.
- **Listen & Personalize** - Ask the right questions, note individual limitations or goals, and help tailor exercise or nutrition tips accordingly.
- **Learn & Grow** - Shadow our lead coach, absorb best practices in strength training, mobility, dance fitness, yoga flow, and basic sports nutrition.
- **Studio Support** - Help set up equipment, track attendance, log workout data, and keep the space clean, welcoming, and organized.
