**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement personalized fitness programs for members based on their goals and fitness levels
- Conduct fitness assessments to track members' progress and adjust programs as needed
- Provide one-on-one training sessions to members, focusing on proper exercise techniques and safety
- Lead group fitness classes, including but not limited to, cardio, strength training, and yoga
- Educate members on the importance of nutrition and overall wellness
- Maintain a clean and organized gym environment
- Assist with gym operations as needed, including front desk duties and equipment maintenance

**Requirements**:

- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent certification from a recognized organization
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a gym trainer or fitness instructor
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire members to reach their fitness goals
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
