**Job Title: Store Supervisor**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the store.**:

- Ensure accurate and timely handling of inventory and transactions.**:

- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of auto components.**:

- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.**:

- Train, mentor, and manage a team of employees, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.**:

- Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.**:

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.**:

- Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels and operational performance**.

Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate in Commerce.**:

- Excellent communication skills.**:

- Must have experience in store handling, particularly with auto components.**:

- Proficiency in Excel and SAP (MM module) is essential.**:

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**:

- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and inventory.**

**Experience Level**:
**8 to 10 years of experience as a Store In-Charge, managing a team of approximately 6-7 member**s.

Pay: ₹35,153.35 - ₹50,636.93 per month
