**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Staff Management**:

- Supervise, train, and motivate store employees to achieve store goals.
- Create work schedules and assign duties to staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to employees.
- Ensure all staff adhere to store policies, including dress code, attendance, and customer service standards.
- Handle employee-related issues, such as attendance, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Foster a welcoming and positive shopping environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and oversee customer service processes.
- **Sales and Marketing**:

- Assist in achieving and surpassing sales targets set by the Store Manager.
- Monitor sales performance and suggest strategies to boost sales.
- Oversee in-store promotions, special offers, and merchandising.
- Ensure accurate pricing and correct display of products.
- **Inventory and Stock Management**:

- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory control.
- Maintain accurate stock records and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of products to prevent damage or theft.
- **Store Operations**:

- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
- Open and close the store according to established protocols.
- Handle cash management, including balancing cash registers and preparing bank deposits.
- Ensure all store equipment is well-maintained and operational.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports for the Store Manager.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, customer service, and inventory.
- Report on any store issues, such as damages, thefts, or employee concerns, promptly.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Store Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or similar role in retail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a focus on providing excellent service.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of retail management software (e.g., POS systems) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

**Working Conditions**:

- This role may require standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of merchandise.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
