- Maintain proper records of all store-related transactions including receipts, dispatches, and returns.
- Generate reports on stock levels, employee performance, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure that packing material consumption is in line with the company's guidelines.
- **Quality Control**:
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing materials to ensure they meet industry standards.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to resolve any issues related to packing materials or processes.
- **Coordination with Other Departments**:
- Work closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding delivery schedules and material specifications.
- **Budget Management**:
- Assist in preparing and managing the store budget.
- Monitor expenditures and implement cost-control measures.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 2-3 years in the packing or packaging industry, with experience in supervising a team.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of packing materials and warehouse operations.
- **Leadership**: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- **Physical Ability**: Capability to lift and move heavy objects when required.
