**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Implement Sales Strategies**: Create and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth for our yoga services, including classes, workshops, retreats, and merchandise.
- **Identify and Cultivate Business Opportunities**: Identify potential clients, partnerships, and collaboration opportunities to expand our client base and reach new markets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- **Sales Presentations and Consultations**: Conduct sales consultations, studio tours, and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the benefits of our yoga services and guiding them through the enrollment process.
- **Event Management**: Plan and coordinate promotional events, workshops, and community outreach initiatives to engage with prospective clients and showcase the value of our services.
- **Market Research and Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**: Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Masters / Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues and effectively convey the value proposition of our yoga services.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for holistic wellness and yoga, with a genuine desire to promote health and well-being in the community.
- Flexible schedule, with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules and studio events.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
