**E-commerce Sales & Fashion Customer Experience Executive**

We are looking for a dynamic and fashion-savvy E-commerce Sales & Customer Experience Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion, understands online consumer behavior, and is driven to deliver exceptional shopping experiences across digital platforms.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:
**E-commerce Sales**:

- Manage and optimize product listings across platforms.
- Monitor and report on online sales performance and traffic analytics
- Plan and execute sales strategies, offers, and campaigns to boost revenue
- Coordinate with the design and inventory teams for new launches and restocks
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate order fulfillment with warehouse teams

**Customer Experience**:

- Ensure timely resolution of complaints, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain a high standard of customer service, creating a seamless brand experience
- Gather customer feedback and report key insights to improve user journey
- Collaborate with marketing for engaging customer communication and brand storytelling

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business Administration, E-commerce, Marketing, or related field
- Additional certifications in digital marketing or e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus

**Experience & Skills Required**:

- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce or fashion retail (preferred)
- Knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and styling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce tools, CRM, Excel, and order management systems
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced fashion environment
