Inside Sales Executive

Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential customers who can benefit from our 2D CAD design solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted outreach strategies to attract potential clients.
**Needs Assessment**:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the specific requirements and challenges of potential customers.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to prioritize sales efforts and focus on high-potential opportunities.
- Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our 2D CAD design solutions to prospects.
**Sales Pipeline Management**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, interactions, and opportunities in the existing system.
- Continuously monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and progression of leads through the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on closing tactics and overcome any obstacles in the sales cycle.
**Closing and Revenue Generation**:
- Develop persuasive sales proposals and quotes tailored to the specific requirements of prospects.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure deals and achieve sales targets.
- Close sales transactions and ensure smooth handoff to the implementation or customer success team.
**Skills Required**:
- Technical knowledge A comprehensive understanding of how the company's products work, including their key features, benefits, and competitors
- Communication skills Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, and the ability to build trust and respect with people
- Sales skills Experience selling products and closing deals, and the ability to overcome objections and refusals in a friendly way
- Presentation skills The ability to give excellent presentations and make a professional appearanceTime management The ability to multitask and manage time efficiently, and to focus on a specific task at a time
- Customer service The ability to provide post-sales support and address customer concernsTeamwork The ability to work closely with marketing and other professionals to develop and implement strategies
