**Position: Client Manager (Salem Office)**
Be the bridge between clients and our tax experts
**What You'll Do**
Collect GST, ITR, TDS documents
Understand client needs & explain tax process
Coordinate with our tax team
Guide clients unless expert consultation is needed
**Key Responsibilities**
Handle incoming customer calls and provide clear, courteous responses in English & Tamil
Welcome clients and assist with basic service queries
Coordinate and collect documents from clients
Maintain and update client records digitally
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service
**Required Skills**:
Excellent communication - verbal & written (English & Tamil a must)
Good interpersonal skills to manage customer interactions
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word
Ability to align documents, convert & compress files
Quick learner with basic understanding of digital tools
**What We Need ?**
Clear & Concise Communication - explain tax in simple terms
Active Listening - understand client needs & be polite
Professional Writing - clear, polite, professional messages
Phone Etiquette - confident in calls & follow-ups
Multilingual - Tamil & English a must; other languages a plus
**Who Can Apply?**
B.Com / M.Com Graduates (Freshers Welcome)
Excellent Communication in English & Tamil
Basic Tax & Accounting knowledge
Friendly, organized & tech-savvy
**Salary**
₹12,000 - ₹25,000/month (based on skills & experience)
Incentives after 3 months (performance-based)
Yearly Salary Increments
