**Education**:ANM & GNM, DMLT or equivalent degree mandatory.

**Location**: Bangalore Station wise (Rajaji, Bashwesh, BTM Layout, Indira Nagar)

**Experience**:Minimum 01 to 2.5 years

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Field Educator has to visit camps and do the patients tests for diabetes.
- Mini automated devices have to be carried at the OPD’s for testing to be performed & share the details with the doctors/ patients. (Device & consumables will be provided by us)
- Needs to visit on a daily basis to the OPD’s as per the roaster shared.
- Training will be provided for handling the Medical device and performing the test.
- Must be ready to visit clinics collate and update the patient details on the portal/ Application for further records.
- Has to report to Camp 15-20 min in advance.
- Field Educator will get the Camp’s roaster on daily/weekly basis.
