A GSA (Guest Service Associate) in F&B Service is responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to guests by ensuring high-quality service, maintaining cleanliness, and addressing guest needs effectively. They typically greet guests, escort them to tables, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal. Key Responsibilities:

- **Greeting and Seating**:Welcoming guests, escorting them to tables, and ensuring a comfortable dining environment.
- **Order Taking and Service**:Accurately taking food and beverage orders, ensuring timely service, and following service standards.
- **Table Management**:Preparing and setting tables, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a tidy dining area.
- **Guest Interaction**:Addressing guest inquiries, handling complaints, and proactively offering assistance.
- **Food and Beverage Knowledge**:Possessing knowledge of the menu, dishes, and beverages, and recommending options to guests.
- **Sales and Upselling**:Promoting special menu items and beverages, and assisting with upselling opportunities.
- **Cash Handling and Billing**:Presenting bills accurately, processing payments, and providing receipts.
- **Teamwork**:Collaborating with kitchen staff and other F&B team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- **Cleanliness and Maintenance**:Maintaining a clean and well-organized dining area, ensuring proper equipment setup and operation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
