**Job Description: GSA/Service Boy**

**Location**: A - 171, Block A, Sector 72, Noida, Uttar Pradesh - 201301

**Experience Required**: 1-5 years
**Salary Range**: ₹12,000 - ₹14,000 per month
**Qualification**: 12th Pass/Graduate

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Ensure prompt and efficient service for guest requests and inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the assigned areas, including guest rooms, common spaces, or the restaurant.
- Assist in setting up and serving meals or refreshments, if required.
- Handle guest luggage and provide room service efficiently.
- Maintain proper inventory of supplies and report any shortages or damages.
- Address guest complaints and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to hotel standards and protocols for hygiene and safety.

**Requirements**:

- 1-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and guest services.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
