Responsible for developing and implementing standardized process for administration
- Responsible for effective coordinating and conducting training events and workshops
- Responsible for coordinating with the consultants in developing and documenting the Quality Management Systems in the form of Manuals, departmental procedures and work instructions
- Collection, coordination of Quality indicators from various departments and take corrective & preventive measures based on Quality Indicators
- Surprise visit or Internal Audit of documentation of various departments includes Kitchen, Nursing, Pharmacy, Lab, Radiology, H.K & Security etc.
- Reporting of 10 mandatory Quality Indicators to Medical Director on quarterly basis as per prescribed format by NABH.
- Organizing the various Committee meeting & updating of MOM accordingly
- Conducting the various Mock drills at least once in 6 months.
- Coordinating the training session to all the departmental staff in general hospital wide policies and their respective departmental policies.
- Active case sheets audit to be done regularly and identify the deficiencies.
- Monitoring of Death, MLC & DAMA case sheet audit on monthly basis.
- Monitoring as per PNDT guidelines Nil report is submitted from the desk of respective departments having U/S machine i,e Radiology & Gynaec OPD
- Documentation, filling of documents in the respective files, implementation, monitoring of NABH process.
- Any other work assigned by the Management from time to time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
